FRANCIS Ayiko, 19, from St Josephs Secondary School Naggalama in Mukono district, scored aggregate 10.
Ayiko, who was flanked by his father Alex Jurwa at New Vision offices in Kampala, attributed his success to hardwork and reading New Vision UCE past papers.
Ayiko, who could not hide his joy, thanked New Vision for publishing past papers which he read quite often. “New Vision you have done it for me. I pray you stay longer and help my great grandsons and daughters,†he says with joy.
Ayiko says his friends called and told him the results because he feared to use the SMS platform to UNEB. He says he wants to join a good school that will guide him to work hard to become a pharmacist.
