A total of sh1.5m has been raised to repair the Hindocha PS play grounds in Bugiri district.

The organising chairman of the fundraising drive, Peter Osinde said the money will be used in constructing a perimeter fence around the pitch besides purchasing grass to improve on the turf.
The district lacks its own pitch to host sporting activities like football and athletics.
The RDC Bugiri, Margaret Mwanamoiza who was chief guest at the fundraising urged other well wishers to donate towards the cause.
