“We have very many people who missed education. As patriotic Ugandans, we should work with these people because they matter,†Mivule, who is the central regional Police commander, said in Luweero on Sunday.
He represented the Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, at a thanksgiving ceremony held in honour of last year’s O’ and A’ level students of Katikamu SDA Secondary School.
