JOSEPH Lomonyang was on Wednesday sworn in as the LC5 boss for the newly created Napak district.
Lomonyang has been the interim chairman since the district was created.
Addressing residents after swearing in, Lomonyang urged them to unite, saying politics should not divide them.
“Let’s reconcile and develop our infant district,†he said, amid cheers.
Lomonyang encouraged the residents who have settled in the green belt to plant more food to fight hunger and increase household income.
