Whatever goes up, must come down. Ask Latifa Nalukenge, alias Bad Black, a self-styled tycoon. Our scouts have seen her three posh cars parked at one of the Kampala garages for a while. Is she waiting for some spares to be imported or looking for money to clear the bills?

Whatever goes up, must come down. Ask Latifa Nalukenge, alias Bad Black, a self-styled tycoon. Our scouts have seen her three posh cars parked at one of the Kampala garages for a while. Is she waiting for some spares to be imported or looking for money to clear the bills?

A month ago, Black was involved in an accident with her BMW X6, which she repaired, only to smash it again, before it was taken to Central Police Station. Her Range Rover also got mechanical problems and is in another garage.

In recent weeks, scouts have seen her in a Nissan Morrano, which we thought she had given to Bebe Cool’s wife Zuena. Has she reclaimed it? But in another twist, Black has just bought a second-hand ML Benz, which she has pimped with a customised number plate ‘BLACK GAL.’

This is a different Meddie Sentongo. He emerged from obscurity as rumour of an Interpol hunt started to circulate, but still made effort not to resume the centre stage.

For example, at Grace Nakimera’s Unplugged show in Silk Lounge, he would have reserved two tables next to the stage and occupied them with his girls and bouncers. Instead, Meddie chose a quieter place at Silk Ocean, a different section of the club and asked bouncers not to allow any camera there. Has he matured?
