When Latifa Nalukenge, a.k.a Bad Black, threw her 22nd birthday party at Club Rouge last week, little did she know the celebration would not be as good.
When Latifa Nalukenge, a.k.a Bad Black, threw her 22nd birthday party at Club Rouge last week, little did she know the celebration would not be as good.
First, the boyfriend she talks so much about, Meddie Sentongo, was absent. Apart from confirming that their relationship was on the rocks, rumour has it that accusations and counter accusations of cheating are taking a heavy toll on them.
Meddie has been linked to model Ruby Knowles and Black to footballer Eric Obua, as well as singer Rabadaba. That notwithstanding, our scouts have gathered that the money girl later collapsed after finding out that her budget had overshot by sh30m.
The first guilty party might have been the girls she sent to be dressed by a top fashion guru, who our scouts heard, allegedly turned the experience into a sh11m shopping spree. Rumours also point to some quack journalists who duped Black with promises of live TV coverage and space in newspapers, before making off with wads of cash.
The artistes who performed also allegedly inflated their rates. Although Black allegedly paid sh5m for finger foods and another sh15m for the open bar, she was unhappy with the service.
No wonder Black remained in bed for the whole of last week.
