Northern Uganda diocese bishop Johnson Gakumba wants those found guilty of corruption jailed for life. Gakumba who was led prayers at the thanksgiving service for the election of Jacob Oulanyah as Deputy Speaker of Parliament on Sunday, said corruption was depriving the poor of access to services and goods.
