Why assume Ngasso has gone missing?

First of all, the only fee we paid was for registration and the fee we are yet to pay is the repatriation fee if we are given the visa.

All other expenses are to be deducted from the salary when one starts work. Besides, one's eligibility for this programme was based foremost on merit—hence the requirement to present original educational credentials for verification.

Secondly, the applicant must be capable of paying the registration and repatriation fees.

Since every session for this pogramme is already printed and we are yet to be contacted next month, I do not understand why people cannot be patient. Perhaps Ngasso could be out negotiating with these companies for job seekers. Why conclude that he has gone missing?
