PROCUREMENT NOTICE NO: 02 OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Ntoroko District Local Government allocated funds from URF, DWSCG, SFG, LGMSD and Local revenue for F/Y 2011/2012 budget

for acquisition of works and supplies. In respect of this Ntoroko District requests interested and eligible bidders to

submit sealed bids for the provision of the works/items below;


• Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding under Local Governments PPDA procedures

and regulations.
• Each item should be applied for separately and conditions for bidding are in the bid document

• The Employer on 14/12/2011 at 11:00am will be holding a Pre-Bid Meeting at the district headquarters which is a must for

all intending bidders and a certifi cate will be issued which will form part of the evaluation criteria

• A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit

P. O. Box 568, Fort Portal at Kibuuku Primary School District Headquarters upon payment of non-refundable fee of 152,500/=

(One hundred fi fty two thousand fi ve hundred shillings only) payable to Ntoroko DLG General Fund A/C 6002489242 Barclays

Bank Fort Portal Branch. The bank slip will then be presented to the district cashier to obtain a general receipt which

will be presented to Procurement and Disposal unit to be registered and obtain bid document.

• In addition to the Original document the number of copies required are Four which must be submitted to Head of
Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ntoroko DLG; P. O. Box 568, Fort Portal on or before 22nd December, 2011 At 11:30 am at
Kibuuku Primary School District Headquarters. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:35am in presence of bidders or their agents who may wish to attend

• Late bids will be rejected and Ntoroko district is not bound to accept the lowest bid
