BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY TO DEVELOP THE PUBLIC
ADMINISTRATION SECTOR INVESTMENT PLAN

Procurement Reference Number: OP/SRVCS/2011-12/00462

1. The Office of the President through the Public Administration Sector Working Group has allocated funds for the procurement of Consultancy Services for the Development of Public Administration Sector Investment Plan.

2. The Office of the President invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Consultancy Services for the Public Administration Sector Investment Plan.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from Uganda.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of the President and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below in No. 7(a) from 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m local time between the December 19, 2011 and January 18, 2012.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below in No. 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UShs.100,000/=. The method of payment will be by a bank payment advice obtained from the Cash Office during working hours. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address given below in No.7(a) at or before 11.00 a.m local time on January 18, 2012. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UShs. 2, 000,000/= (Uganda shillings two million only). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given below in No. 7(b) at 11.30 a.m on January 18, 2012.
