Potential customers put off by power cuts

Ugandans are happy that Makerere University has made a breakthrough by making an electric car. A cross-section interviewed by Nicholas Oneal and Joel Ogwang are, however, discouraged by the frequent power cuts in the country. They think the car may not be viable in Uganda.
