Singh Kantongole loses seat

Singh Marwaha Kantongole has been pulled out of Parliament and Moses Kasibante re-instated as the validly elected Member of Parliament for Rubaga North.

The High Court ordered that Kasibante remains the duly elected MP for Rubaga North and Singh Katongole must vacate the Parliamentary seat for him. Katongole and the Electoral Commission must also pay Kasibante’s costs each footing 50% of the bill.
