Yusuf Abubakar, the unit disciplinary committee chairman of the 409 brigade, was shocked when he got the news that rainstorms had blown away the roof of his house at Koka village, Kei sub-county in Yumbe district. “It took me eight years of saving before I could build this house,” he lamented on Monday.
