Regency parking lot is a death trap

EDITOR: While KCCA boss Jennifer Musisi is doing a good job in the city centre, I request her to look a bit further outside the city. I wish to bring it to her attention that the parking lot of Regency Suites and Apartment on Lugogo Bypass is a death trap.

The motorists' view at the junction opposite City High School is blocked to oncoming traffic from Bukoto by the vehicles parked beside the road. There should be no vehicles nearest the junction.
