BUL FC has signed former KCCA FC forward Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte on a two-year contract.

The 29-year-old who began his career at Masaka LC FC played for Sports Club Victoria University and KCCA FC before joining Zambian league side Red Arrow FC.

He later returned to the local scene where he scored 5 goals and 7 assists for Arua Hill FC during his one-year-and-a-half stint, something that impressed BUL FC manager Alex Isabirye.

"Sam is a great striker who can score goals and create them. We know that he will make an immediate impact on the team, but we will not pressure him," said Isabirye after unveiling him.

"I believe in the BUL FC project, and with this team of good coaches, I am sure we can meet the club's expectations of returning to CAF competitions," said Ssekamatte after signing.
