KAMPALA - President Yoweri Museveni has assured a human rights delegation that human rights abuse will not be tolerated.
While receiving a report on alleged human rights violation from Human Rights Watch, Museveni told the delegation, led by the executive director, Kenneth Roth, that cases of illegal detention, torture and human rights abuse will end.
