Vision Group’s Bride and Groom expo winners awarded

Fiona Tamale, the head of events and acting head of marketing at Vision Group, said the virtual edition of the Bride and Groom expo was the first of a kind and was successful.

Service and event’s organizers recently awarded winners of the 2021 Vision Group’s Bride and Groom virtual Expo.

Fiona Tamale, the head of events and acting head of marketing at Vision Group, said the virtual edition of the Bride and Groom expo was the first of a kind and was successful. 

“This time around, we decided to spread the prizes among couples, acting on the feedback of our clients, and to also increase participation so that couples have higher chances of winning,” she said.

She added that the company is grateful to all its sponsors for the expo for their continued support.  

The four couples (winners) participated in a promo entitled 'Win a wedding'. They recorded short videos of their love stories and sent them via WhatsApp number.

The winners include; James Kintu and Olivia Okiror the over role winners, David Tebandake and Jackie Nalumansi the first runners-up, Joel Kitaka and Fiona Uzamukunda the second runners-up, and Desderanta and Paul the third runners-up.

Jackie Nanteza, CEO of Serene and stress-free events, a wedding planning company offered free consultation to the winning couple. 

Joyce Namutebi, a bridal consultant at Bridal World congratulated Okiror on winning and encouraged her to drop by anytime for fittings and expert advice. 

“We will offer you a gown, tiara, veil and a beautiful outfit for your flower girl,” she said.

Prudence Ukkonika, the CEO of Bella Wine, offered 24 bottles of wine to Joel Kitaka and Fiona Uzamukunda. In addition, she offered 12 free bottles to each of the winning couples and promised to customise them all. 

SR Kuku offered all the couples and sponsors free chicken and yellow yolk eggs.

Stella Kirabo of Signature Jewellery said David Tebandeke and Jackie Nalumansi will get a pair of white gold wedding bands.

Ashraf Katongole of Ashilyz hair and makeup studio promised the best and latest hairstyle for the winner, Nabatta.

Movit Hair Products, a renowned hair care company, offered free hampers stocked with various hair products to all the winning couples.
