Bank of Baroda Uganda (BOBU) bounced back to activity with sh48m in turnover. Baroda traded at an average of sh195 per share.
    The British American Tobacco Uganda (BATU) counter has seen the single biggest rise in activity from last week. By close of business on Tuesday, 2,540 shares had been sold for a lower share price of sh2,065, from sh2,095 last week, making sh5.2m for investors.

              This year, the bourse experienced marked decline in overall market activity, although there were major corporate actions on the Uganda Securities Exchange.
              The Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) is urging all shareholders on the stock market to open electronic accounts, which is now mandatory for anybody to trade on the bourse.
                AHEAD of its annual general meeting Thursday November 17, New Vision made major gains on the Uganda Securities Exchange selling 500,000 shares.
