Gunmen attack Kabale hotel, kill 1

Four people who are alleged to have raided a hotel in Kabale town and shot dead a receptionist have been detained.  


The incident at Little Litz hotel in in Kabale Municipality left Lawrence Twinomugisha, 29, dead.

He was shot dead in his room during a fierce exchange between the gun men and security guards at the hotel that lasted for about two hours.

Elly Maate, the Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson said some of those detained spent the night at the hotel. He however, could not identify them for the fear of jeopardizing investigations.
