Namwanje was awarded the land title by Hajj Mohammed Kamoga, owner of Kamoga Property Consultants Ltd, a Real Estate Developer in Kampala.

This was during the awarding ceremony of the winners of the competition that was held today at Vision group headquarters, Industrial area.

“I love children so much that I do not want to see them suffer. When I received the news about the title, I immediately told my parents that after completing school, I will put up an orphanage on this land to look after orphans,” said the excited Namwanje.

“My parents said the land is mine and I have a right to put up an orphanage. But as I wait to complete school, I will give it to my parents to use it for farming purposes,” added Namwanje.

Kamoga said he would help Namwanje with all necessary information in obtaining the land legally and put it in her names.

Other winners of the competition were Ssemakula Mohammed who got solar system from Aziz Electronics International, dealers in electronics and Nkonge Sharif, a builder who got an LD flat screen from Hotel Africana.

The Daaku competition has been aired during Dawa programme that airs daily from 4: 00am to 5: OOam on Bukedde TV1.
