KCCA officials told New Vision that the glitzy vertical designed mall belongs to Gulfstream Investments Uganda Ltd, which is a subsidiary company of the Mukwano Group of Companies.

With a 400 car park space, the mall has attracted so many tenants, who tap on the business flow that the mall provides.

Some of the tenants include dealers in fast foods industry such as the Kentucky Fried Chicken of USA (KFC) and Caffeserrie. There is also the Century Cinemax, Le Patiserrie, Misty’s Bar (a franchise from Zambia), J & Kainembabazi Ltd, Age Safaris, Definition, and Sparkles Salon.

Some players in the banking sector have also booked space for ATM services.
