Three days after taking his first #selfie, President Yoweri Museveni has today sent out his first tweet. His handle, one of the first ones to be verified in Uganda, is @KagutaMuseveni

Soon after, Uganda Government spokesman Ofwono Opondo tweeted, " Welcome to the twitter World Mr President, never too late to learn."
