AUGUSTINE Nsumba’s equaliser salvaged a point for URA against Police at Kavumba to help his side remain in contention for the FUFA Super League title.

At Nakivubo, relegation candidates Entebbe Young held Kira to a 1-1 draw to move out of the relegation zone with a better goal difference. They are now tied in 12th place with Proline on 16 points each.

Moses Sekasana scored for Entebbe with Patrick Kaddu getting Kira goal.

Victoria University were the only victors on the day, beating Ndejje 2-0 in a Uganda Cup match played in Ndejje.

Noah Ssemakula and Mathew Odong scored for the visiting side who will now play Saints in the round of 16.
