BRIDE & GROOM MAGAZINE

By Olivia Infield and Rebecca Nalunga

Every girl dreams of her wedding day and it is undoubtedly the happiest for many women worldwide. Radio presenter Rebecca Jjingo is a testimony to this dream during her wedding to Super FM station manager, Joel Isabirye.  The wedding featured in the latest issue of Bride & Groom magazine out on sale.

Jjingo was hysterically ecstatic at her wedding. She jumped up and danced at every chance she got despite her matron’s pleas to sit down. The couple spared no expense to make their day a memorable one.

They spent sh130m to cover all expenses including chartering a chopper for their transportation to the reception venue and hiring Sweden-based singer Charlie King to entertain them.

However, what is a celebration without cake? Cake is such an important aspect at a wedding which explains why it is the centerpiece at a wedding reception. That is why Bride & Groom Magazine and Bloven Events have partnered to give away a sh1.2m five-tier cake to a lucky reader.

To participate, buy the current issue of Bride & Groom Magazine, fill out the coupon and send or return to the New Vision head office. All you have to do is fill-out a coupon and send it to the Magazines office at New Vision head office. You can also send a sms; type “Cake” <leave space> your name and send to to 8338.
