Seven people were killed on Friday and seven others sustained serious injuries in an accident at Mukono -Kiggungwa.

According to the police, the head-on collision between an omnibus and a lorry happened at 4am.
 
The dead include Nickson Mwijukine, Esther Nankinga, Ibrahim Mulyowa, Abdul Sebutere, Rogers Sendagire and one identified only as Rasta.
 
Those who sustained injuries are being treated at Mulago Hospital. They include Kasule Kamanga, Patrick Mugerwa, Patrick Kigundu, Patrick Seruwagi,Bisaso Sesanga and Ali Namuma.
