I have a personal nutritionist, who advises me on the right foods for my blood group, which is O. I steer clear of wheat and dairy products in order to avoid obesity. I do not consume milk, ice cream and yoghurt.
Eating right keeps me fi t and healthy. What is more, every morning I run for 10km, with a group of 29 people.
We encourage each other not to give up and besides, running in a group is fun. As soon as I wake up, I drink two cups of hot water to cleanse my body and smoothen my vocals.
My voice has improved since I started drinking hot water. For a beautiful skin, I do a facial scrub and steam bath once a month.
The steam bath is to help open the pores and relax my skin, leaving it feeling soft and silky.
Furthermore, after applying a cream on my face and body, I apply glycerin for a radiant look.
I use glycerin because in the past, when I would apply the cream at around 7:00am, by midday, my skin would be pale.
I ensure that I purchase genuine beauty products such as make-up and creams from trusted stores.
I wear make up only when going out or when I have to perform on stage.
At home I only wear lip balm.
