1. The Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of office space, supply of office Furniture and Information communication equipment (ICT) as mentioned in the table below: Click to view
2. The Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Provision of Services of the above Items.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from Uganda.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife And Antiquities, Parliament Avenue, 4th Floor, Farmers’ House Room Annex from 8:30a.m- 5:00p.m
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= The payment will be through the bank.
Payment advance forms can be got from Room 410 Fourth Floor Farmers’ House. The document will be picked from the Procurement and disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 22/04/2013 at 10:00am. All bids must be accompanied with a bid security indicated above in form of a bank guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 22/04/2013 at 11:00a.m.
