Sharon and Ronnie share a hearty moment at Africana
newvision

A saying goes that time heals. This adage might not so much explain the situation, but it suffices anyway.

Obsessions (does it still exist?) boss Ronnie Mulindwa and his better half Sharon O, also a former BBA contestant are firmly an item and from the look of things, all is well.

You will recall after Sharon O returned from the Big Brother Africa Amplified as a finalist , fame seemed to have gotten the better of her, and on arrival at Entebbe she did not even appear delighted to see Ronnie who was grinning ear to ear, obviously elated to see his better half back in one piece. Reason being that as time took its toll on Sharon in the house, her 'guard' appeared to start giving way as determined guys in the house plotted to 'unlock' her.

However, it was only the beginning, as Sharon O was yet to show Ronnie how fame had actually gotten to her. Tabloid media began to critically dissect every single moment of the couple, graphically depicting a crumbling relationship.

At one point Ronnie posted on his facebook wall:  "Am always pretending that everything is alright becoz everybody else thinks am fine. But u my love should know better coz behind my smile ,if u look deep into my eyes, u'll see my pain, u'll feel my hurt."

Well, time seems to have healed all that! Last week on Valentine's Day Mulindwa seemed every bit the only centre of attraction for Sharon O (assuming they were not play acting) during a show at Hotel Africana.

The couple gazed at each other wantonly and laughed heartily like high school lovers through out the show. "They appearead like Di Caprio and Kate Winslet on 'The Titanic'," a reveler observed.

Perhaps this couple has taken lessons from pals Michael Kasaija and his lover Natasha Sinayobye. This couple (that was also born of Obsessions) despite a few cracks in their relationship that threaten to tear them apart owing to the guy's sex appeal to Kampala's vultures, always works out their differences. And the result has been an enviable rock solid relationship.

By any standards, no man would be left standing on two legs if Natasha gave you chance. But she has never let her unbelieveable beauty get the better of her head. Well, we hope the Ronnies are walking that rope.
