Tororo Chief Magistrate's court on Thursday fixed 11 March and 11 April 2013 respectively as the dates for mention and hearing of a case in which Kampala central MP Mohamed Nsereko was charged with inciting violence.

The resident state attorney Charles Bwiso told court that inquiries into the matter are complete.

Nsereko appeared in court on Thursday for mention before the chief magistrate Charles Emuria.

He was accompanied by counsels Nsereko Sauda and Nabukera Hanifa.

The Kampala Central MP was in December last year arrested and remanded to Morukatipe government prison, Tororo in connections to comments he made during  the burial  of Butaleja district woman MP Cerinah Nebanda.

He was released on court bail three days later after being charged with inciting violence that almost culminated to the death of the third deputy Prime Minister Gen Moses Ali during the burial of Nebanda in Butaleja district.
