CONFUSED - I have been married for four years and we have two children. I am employed and earn more than he does.

We bought a plot of land in town and constructed the house in which we live.

Our relationship was smooth until recently when we hired a housemaid to take care of the children.

Recently, my husband instructed the maid to prepare his bath water and take it outside the house because I was bathing one of the children in the bathroom.

However, when I heard my husband conversing with the maid outside, I went to find out what they were discussing. To my shock, my husband was bathing while conversing with the maid.

I expressed my displeasure at the maid seeing his nakedness and my husband was furious claiming I accused him of being romantically involved with the maid.

The maid’s behaviour has changed. Nowadays she disrespects me and mistreats my children. I want to throw her out, but my husband is stopping me from doing so.

What should I do?
