Over 70 artistes have confirmed to perform at the Embuutu y’Embuutikizi concert on Sunday as Bukedde FaMa celebrates its 4th anniversary at the War Memorial Stadium, Nakivubo.

“Performances will start at 7:00am with upcoming artistes taking the centre stage,” says Bills Mboijana, the promotions officer of Bukedde FaMa.

During the fete, Bukedde FaMa will award sh5m to the artiste with the best song of 2012 as voted by the public.

Other items to be won in different challenges include, Go TV decoders, television sets, refrigerators, motorcycles, bicycles and 100 cosmetics packs.

One of the highlights will traditional wrestling dubbed Kiggwo Ggumbya between 10:00am and 1:00pm where the champion will get land worth sh10m.

The runner-up will get a Senke Motorbike worth sh2.8m while the third will receive an LCD Plasma screen. There are 10 wrestlers and all finalists will be rewarded according to Mboijana.
