Renowned gospel singer and pastor, Judith Babirye, we have established is the latest addition to the already rich list of Ugandan performers who will grace London’s UG@50 UK celebrations.

Babirye, who will be the headlining performer during the Joint Faith Prayer Hour segment, joins a list of other Ugandan performers at the event, including Juliana Kanyomozi, Wilson Bugembe, Annette Nandujja, Kuklee, Myco Chris, Bosmic Otim, VJ OJ, Fyonna Nsubuga and MC Mozeh.

This event, aimed at giving Ugandans in the UK a feel of the celebrations to mark 50 years of Uganda’s independence, will take place at London’s Hippodrome, Golders Green, on October 13.

Also expected to attend is Joan Rwabyomere, the Ugandan

High Commissioner to the UK and Ireland.
