These twins were born on 9th October 1990 and have been my friends since we were young children till date. I want this to be a surprise for them and their parents.

This was a picture taken together with his Excellency Bill Clinton on his first visit to Uganda.

The message: "Count your life by smiles, not tears.
Count your age by friends, not years.
                           your are always at heart."

                           Paul Ochen
