Police probe Education ministry PS’ son recruitment

Henry Mugerwa, the son of Ministry of Education permanent secretary Francis Lubanaga Wednesday appeared before the Criminal Investigations Department over his recruitment.

Mugerwa was accompanied by his lawyers at Kibuli a Kampala suburb. He claimed to be sick and was ordered to return next week for interrogation.

The detectives are investigating circumstances surrounding his recruitment, appointment and promotion in the ministry where his father works as head of civil servants.
