    Selections of Senior Five students to be admitted in various Advanced Level Schools have kicked off in Kampala.

    Head teachers across the country have converged at wonder world in Kansanga a Kampala suburb to selects students who applied to study in their schools.
     
    This year’s exercise is expected to maintain stiff cut-off points due to improved performance in especially in the First Division in last year’s Senior Four examinations. 
     
    There was an increased enrolment of students as a result of Universal Secondary Education (USE).
     
    Education ministry director Yusuf Nsubuga has advised parents to avoid selecting schools basing on their cut off points but to consider the subject combination for their children in relation to the Job Market.
