Valentine’s Day is here! Hooray to all lovers and those who believe in romance. I don’t know about you, but I will be spending my day bent over my PC at work and evening watching a Latino soap on TV.

But that’s me. For you it might be quite different.

Perhaps you have a date with your better half or the man you’ve been dating for a while. Maybe you’re going on the first date with that special man who finally noticed you and asked you out. Whatever nature of date you’re going on, nail it with your attire.

As you may well know, we are judged first and foremost on personal appearance.

The six looks featured today are all hot, trendy and elegant. Choose the one that suits you most and let it inspire you as you plan what to wear later in the day.

Tip: Avoid wearing revealing clothes on a first date, especially if you want a long term relationship. You don’t want your man to focus more on your boobs or thighs instead of your eyes and intelligent conversation.

Another tip: Even if you’re dying for it, do not have sex on the first date. Let him work for it because he will appreciate and value you more.
