The General Manager of Roko Construction Company Dragomir Laki,Managing Director Bridgnitte Koehler and the administrative officer Mark Koehler have been charged by Anti Corruption Court and remanded to Luzira prison.

They have been committed to High Court to apply for bail through High Court.

They were charged for giving false returns of their revenue causing Uganda Revenue Authority a loss of sh. 10.6 billion.
