When KCCA Leopards met Magic Stomers on Sunday, it was clear that coach Rogers Sserunyigo's side would register a fifth straight victory without breaking much sweat during the National Basketball League games.

The four time league champions thumped the Magic Stomers 79-47 at the YMCA court, thanks to Maureen Amonding who made sure her team remains unbeaten.

Sserunyigo's charges started off the contest with a 15-11 run and went on to control the game  29-22 by half time.

The Leopards led their deflated opponents 57-30 by the end of the third quarter.

Amonding nailed a game high 19 points while Slyvia Nakazibwe and Larrisa Katungeko added 12 and 10 respectively.

The Stommer's Rose Akon scored 13 points and 17 rebounds for the losing side while Benedict Namwenge and Jane Asinde added 12 and 10 each.

Meanwhile, A1 challenge beat the Lionesses 60-38 for a first win while the UCU Lady Canons defeated the Gladiators 47-38.
