Lubanga says that they have so far mobilized $13,000 including the $ 8500 which leaves them with a deficit of $52.000(shs188m).

Angel Mwesigwa Lubanga was born with a hole on the heart but by God's grace the hole closed as she grew up.

"However as we began to celebrate the miracle healing from God, Angel was diagnosed with profound hearing loss for both ears," says Justine Lubanga, Angel's mother.

She says that the doctors and audiologists recommended a bilateral cochlear implant operation at St. Polten hospital in Austria before she makes three. Angel will be three years this August.
