six KCCA players has been summoned by the national team coach.

The players who left the country on Sunday were expected to join the national team in Ethiopia before they proceed to Senegal where they will face Senegal on Tuesday in a friendly match.

Goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan,skipper Dennis Okot, Timothy Dennis Awany, Isaac Muleme, Geoffrey Serunkuuma and Derrick Nsibambi are the six players that have joined the Cranes camp. Nsibambi who scored a  brace as KCCA beat Rivers 2-1 has been one of the in-form players for KCCA.

Cranes who settled for a goalless draw with Ethipioa on Saturday in a friendly match, will play Senegal in another tie tomorrow in Dakar.

After the Senegal build up, the team will travel to Praia, Cape Verde for the opening game in group L of the AFCON 2019 qualifiers on June 10th.

Uganda Cranes is in group L with Cape Verde,Tanzania and Lesotho.
