KCCA beat already relegated side Sadolin Paints 2-1 on Saturday to be crowned champions as the 2016/2017 season came to an end.
The victory helped them to finish the season on 66 points, eight above second placed SC Villa.
Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Tom Masiko each had goal for the champions while Karim Ndugwa scored a consolation for Sadolin Paints. Sserukuma took his tally to 21 goals to walk away with the top scorer accolade.
Elsewhere, Police survived relegation despite going down 1-0 to Lweza on the last day of the league at Namboole.
Lweza, Sadolin Paints and JMC Hippos are the three teams that were relegated.
In Jinja,BUL drew 1-1 with ten man Onduparaka while Kirinya played to 2-2 draw with Proline at Njeru Technical Centre.
At Champion stadium, Bright Stars beat JMC 2-0 in Matugga while Vipers defeated Saints 2-0 at St Mary's stadium,Kitende.
