The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received fi nancing from the World Bank for implementation of the Water Management & Development Project (WMDP).

The Government intends to apply part of the fi nancing for eligible payments for consultancy services for "Development of a Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness (CEPA) Strategy, Uganda (2017 - 2030)''.

The consulting services (hereafter referred to as the "the Services") include: development, review, update and consolidation of the existing subsector strategies into a Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness (CEPA) Strategy for the water and environment sector.

The overall objective of the services is develop an integrated comprehensive Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness strategy that includes MWE directorates, departments, programs, stakeholders and projects guiding principles to communication on how to create and continuously communicate effectively with our various stakeholders.
