Girls' teams receive cricket gear

The equipment were a donation from Banks Town Cricket Club in Australia
Uganda Cricket Association has aided 40 girl's schools with equipment to help them prepare and compete in the regional girls cricket tournament.
The teachers in charge of games from these schools received the equipment from Lugogo UCA offices. They comprised of 4 pairs of batting pads, batting gloves, new thigh guards, 1 pair of wicket keeping gloves, wicket keeping pads and 6 new helmets.
The equipment were a donation from Banks Town Cricket Club in Australia that has had a partnership with Uganda Cricket Association for 13 years.
