Dr. Gerald Kalanzi and Ash young made the appeal in an interview

The Enduro riders have urged the organisers of the national championship to return to Lake Mburo national Park for the national events.

This is after they competed in the challenging terrain of the national park during the FIM East and Central Africa Championship last weekend.

Dr. Gerald Kalanzi and Ash young made the appeal in an interview saying that the FIM East and Central Africa Enduro motocross championship in Lake Mburo National Park proved that it was a good venue for riders to improve their skills.

"It was agood experience riding in a national park going past animals like zebras, antelopes and other animals," Kalanzi said.

"Besides that, the routes were too challenging and that helps us improve our standards in preparation for the internationals," Kalanzi added.

He however, urged the organisers to find a better way of colouring the route marks other than using tapes because locals remove them in fear of their cattle eating those polythene tapes," Kalanzi said.
