Three students drowned at Sangalo Beach in Busia district where they were attending a party
Police have retrieved 2 bodies of Busitema University students who drowned in Lake Victoria over the weekend.
Three students drowned at Sangalo Beach in Busia district where they were attending a handover party for the leadership of the Iteso Students Association.
The deceased are identified as Nathan Amolu, Jimreves Mwesigwa and Democious Asiimwe.
Bukedi Region Police spokesperson, Sowali Kamuluya, said they were are still searching for the third body.
