Rapper O.P.U releases debut album

There is no doubt that Hip Hop in Uganda has taken a quantum leap as lately the genre even has its own award show. The first of its kind having taken place on December 15^, 2016 at the Golf course hotel.

This has motivated so many rappers to release new material and I tell you what, some of the material that is being released is amazing. One of those rappers we are going to talk about for a few years to come is O.P.U alias the The Koboko boy. He is too dope.

O.P.U, as a matter of fact has already released his debut album called "TheBlindFaithMixtape". He released it on January 19^th this year through a Hip Hop and culture website manned by Felix Byaruhanga and his friend Haggai Mubanza, two boys who have taken it upon themselves to make Ugandan Hip Hop music cross borders with ease.

Since the digital release, the rapper's first full length album has moved 751 digital copies.

With this effort made, the rapper will be releasing the physical copies of this album at a special in-store release and signing of his album.

This event will happen on Thursday February 23, 2017 in Kampala.
