Vipers captain Wadada returns to training

Wadada was part of the Uganda Cranes team that took part in the 2017 AFCON finals in Gabon.

Vipers will host Lweza in the second round of the Azam Uganda Premier League. Their captain Nicholas Wadada is also available for selection.

Wadada was part of the Uganda Cranes team that took part in the 2017 AFCON finals in Gabon. Cranes were eliminated from the  tournament a week ago.

Wadada who featured for only  25 minutes against Egypt returned to the club on Monday after Vipers offered him a two days rest.

Erisa Sekisambu who has also been out of the team due to a hamstring injury which he suffered against Premio FC in  the Uganda Cup round of 64 encounter, also returned to the club's training.

Wadada and Sekisambu's return is a boost to Vipers ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup. Vipers will host Volcan Club de Moroni from Comoros in the first leg of CAF Confederation Cup next week.
