The Government of Uganda has received fi nancing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Preparation of the strategic plan for climate resilience, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for procurement of consultancy services.

The Technical Adviser on Agriculture and Natural Resources Management is to support the Climate Change Department with the preparation and early implementation of the strategic plan for Climate Resilience (SPCR) focusing on Agriculture, environment and natural resources management issues. The specialist will be the project's lead expert in the design, implementation, and, monitoring and evaluation of fi eld programs under SPCR. The Technical Specialist will support the plan's capacity building objectives, liaise with the plan and program's key stakeholders, and support other program activities as needed. CLICK HERE FOR MORE
