Mose who played for Heathens in Uganda Cup final that saw Heathens defeat Buzz Pirates 20-17, signed a three year contract with the Kyadondo side.

Kenyan fullback Vicent Mose will feature in the 2016/2017 national rugby league that kickS-off on Saturday for former Champions Hima Cement Heathens.

Mose who played for Heathens in Uganda Cup final that saw Heathens defeat Buzz Pirates 20-17, signed a three year contract with the Kyadondo side.

"We have signed him for three years to play for the club but unfortunately I'm not at liberty to tell you the financial obligations," Heathens official Brian Tabaruka stated.

Heathens will face tough competition this season as they face defending champions Bet Way Kobs, Buzz Pirates and Rimula Rhinos who signed Mathias Ochwo, from Heathens, Scot Oluoch (Kobs) and Byron Oketayot (Gulu).

Heathens open the season against Rams at the grave yard ground Makerere at 2pm and Impis will host Buzz Pirates at 4:30pm while Buffaloes face Sadolin Mongers at Kyadondo.
