German embassy boosts Kampala festival

The deputy director of social services Ambrose Atwok has called upon vendors in Kampala to use this opportunity to bring food and other items to sell on that day. The Oktoberfest will be celebrated on 1st of next month at Uganda museum .
The Germany embassy has given a boost to the forthcoming 5th Kampala city festival.They have today unveiled the Oktoberfest event to KCCA were multicultural foods ,costumes , arts and beers are to be celebrated.

This fest is meant to reflect the friendship, strong cultural and economic partnership between Germany and Uganda.
KCCA executive director Jenifer Musisi Semakula yesterday unveiled the first ever City street Motor sport Rally which will take place alongside this year's Kampala city festival.While addressing media about this rally, Musisi said they have introduced this as another way of increasing people's morale for loving their city.
